I typically go 16 or more miles per day when home. This evening is the Late Ride ( www.lateride.org ) through Chicago with David. It begins at 11pm, with the actual ride starting at 1:30 am and ending around 5am, after 25 miles through the city. Here is the end of Lake Shore… off 71 / Lake Shore

From the South, this is the view along the ride back, about 20 minutes into the return trip.

For the rest of the day I was a little tired, but didn’t catch a nap. Slept great on Saturday, and was off riding on Sunday.
