A poem I wrote, for a certain
somebody.
With a tear and a sigh,
the time has come, to say good bye
We will reunite, in just ten years
hopefully to have conquered all our
fears
The chapter has come to an
end,
No longer can we call either a
friend
Sorry to see things change so much
The truth, we won't keep in
touch
A hug to remember the times we've
shared
knowing deep inside, nothing
compared
To all the dances that one night
where I held you close and
tight
That night, I didn't want to
go,
but I want you to know
Good-bye, Farewell, my dear love,
Let our lives flourish peacefully like a
dove
We began as just two, alone,
with a bond so tightly sewn
We moved on since then, farther
apart,
knowing this would occur from the
start
A bond has been broken,
A game has been played,
The pictures a mere token
of the memories we made
Never have I felt this feeling so
bad
wanting our relationship to be had.
My life has just froze,
our friendship must close
You a mere tease,
wanting me to say please,
with a tear and another sigh,
I think of you and say, Good-bye.
